四君子汤提取工艺优化研究

摘要:[目的]优选四君子汤的煎煮工艺。[方法]以四君子汤中的有效成份甘草酸单铵盐含量为指标,以药物浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交实验优选最佳煎煮条件。[结果]对甘草酸单铵盐提取量影响顺序为煎煮次数>煎煮时间>用水剂量>浸泡时间,其中煎煮次数对工艺有显著影响,其他3个因素均无显著影响,四君子汤最佳煎煮条件为:浸泡30min,加水量10倍、煎煮时间2h,煎煮次数为3次。[结论]根据正交实验优选的提取工艺合理、稳定、提取成份含量高,为实际生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:To study the best extracting technology of Sijunzi decoction,L9(34) orthogonal experiment whichcontains 4 factors (including soaking time, the quantity of imbitition, decoction time and decoction frequency) and 3 levels was carried out and active constituent glycyrrhizinate of Sijunzidecotion was selected as the index of evalution. The results showed that the extracting quantity of glycyrrhizinate of Sijunzidecotion was significantly influenced by decoction frequency while the other 3 factors had no such significant influence. The best decoction condition was concluded with soaking 30 minutes, imbititing 10 times water, decocting 2 hours and 3 times.
