| 为了解当前我国猪瘟流行现状，通过收集整理猪瘟流行病学调查资料，分析归纳出我国猪瘟临床特征是以非典型猪瘟或温和型猪瘟以及妊娠母猪繁殖障碍为主要表现形式，急性猪瘟病例较少；流行特点是点状散发流行，季节性不明显，持续感染、隐性感染、混合感染和免疫失败现象普遍存在。根据其流行现状，我们提出降低其发生几率的五点防控措施建议：实行种猪群净化措施、加强免疫监测、加强病原监测、发展规模化养殖和开展野猪猪瘟病毒感染情况调查。 |

| Epidemic Status of Classical Swine Fever in China |

| Abstract: |
| In an attempt to understand the current epidemic status of classical swine fever （CSF）in China, this study was designed to summarize disease characteristics of CSF by collected and researched epidemiological investigation data of CSF. Its results indicated that the main manifestation of CSF cases were atypical or mild symptom, breeding disorder and acute cases were few. It were epidemic features that CSF was sporadic in spotting areas, its seasonal variation displayed unobvious, and some new behaviors on clinic such as persistent infection, inapparent infection, mixed infection and immunization failure were prevalent. According to its epidemic status, it was proposed that implementing the purification scheme of CSFV in breeding herd, strengthening the immune monitoring, enhancing the pathogen monitoring, developing the scale-breeding and carrying out the situation investigation of CSFV in wild boar of our country in order to decrease outbreak probability of CSF in China. |
