| 摘要: |
| 建立了同时分析兽药制剂中7种氯霉素类和硝基呋喃类抗生素药的液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱筛选方法。样品经水溶解后，采用乙酸乙酯提取样品中的残留物，经C18固相萃取小柱净化，以液相色谱-串联质谱仪MRM监测模式测定。分别对该方法的检测限和专属性进行了室内和室外验证，结果表明，该法简单、灵敏、特异性强，适用于兽药制剂中的氯霉素类和硝基呋喃类的定性筛选测定。 |

| Abstract: |
| A method based on performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) has been developed for the screening of about 7 kinds of chloramphenicols and nitrofurans in veterinary drug. The analyte was extracted with ethyl acetate，and cleaned by C18 solid phase extraction cartridge, qualitative analysis of the analyte was achieved by HPLC-MS/MS with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM). The limit of detection and specificity of method were respectively validated through indoor and outdoor tests. The results showed that the established method was fast, sensitive, specific and quite suitable for identification and qualitative detection of chloramphenicols and nitrofurans in veterinary drug． |
