| The linear relationship holds between the absorptivity and the concentration of the berberine sulfate in the rang of 1-50 μg/ml at 423 nm. And the regression equation is A =0.0143c 0.0015 with the correlation to be 1.000. The proposed method was applied to determine the berberine sulfate injection with satisfactory results. |
