| 本研究是应用胶体金免疫层析技术建立了恩诺沙星和环丙沙星快速检测试纸，并对该试纸条的检测限、特异性和稳定性等参数进行了确定。结果表明，该试纸条对牛奶样本的检出限为50 μg/L，能够特异性的检测恩诺沙星和环丙沙星，与液相色谱-串联质谱方法检测的阴性样本符合率为97.8%。该试纸条在2～8℃和室温可保存12个月，能应用于恩诺沙星在牛奶中的快速筛查现场检测。 |

| Research and Trait Identification of Colloidal Gold Strip for Rapid Detection of Enrofloxacin and Ciprofloxacin |

| Abstract: |
| This study is about the rapid test strip of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin which was developed based on immunochromatography technology and its technical parameters, such as sensitivity, specificity and stability were tested respectively. The results showed that the LOD of the strip was 50μg/L and was specific for enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin detection. The coincidence rate of negative samples was 97.8% when compared with LC-MS/MS. The rapid test strip can be stored at 2-8℃ or room temperature for at least 12 months and applied for rapid screening. |
