| 建立了清瘟败毒散和苍术香连散两种中兽药散剂中利巴韦林的检测方法。样品经显微检查法初筛，对阳性样品进行高效液相色谱定量分析。结果显示，在1~150μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好；添加回收率在80%~100%之间，变异系数在0.08％～0.79%之间，检测限为1-2mg/kg。结果表明，该方法快速、准确，可用于上述两种中兽药散剂中违规添加利巴韦林的定量测定。 |

| Determination of Ribavirin in the Veterinary Traditional Chinese Herb Medicine Powders |

| Abstract: The determination method of ribavirin in the two veterinary traditional Chinese herb medicine powders including qingwenbaidu and cangzhuxianglian was established to detect ribavirin violated in the powders. Observed by microscope, the positive samples were determined by HPLC. The results showed that the standard curves for ribavirin were in good linearity within a concentration rang of 1~150μg/mL. The recoveries for ribavirin at the addition in the two powders ranged from 80% to 100%, with the RSD from 0.08% to 0.79%. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 1-2 mg/kg. This method was fast and accurate, and could be applied to determinate ribavirin in the two veterinary traditional Chinese herb medicine powders.
