| 为了了解双黄连口服液在使用过程中的安全性,参照《兽药注册资料汇编》中兽药急性毒性试验指导原则的要求,选用小白鼠进行急性毒性试验,通过对小白鼠的最小致死量、半数致死量的测定,研究双黄连口服液的毒性情况。结果表明：双黄连口服液对小白鼠最小致死量范围为49.2～ 60.8 g/kg,半数致死量为75.66g/kg。 |

| In order to observe the applied reliability of the Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid, the experiment was conducted in accordance with acute toxicity requirements in the animal drug administration compile of Ministry Agriculture. The acute toxicity of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid was studied by selecting rat in this experiment ,the toxicity of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid was demonstrated by the minimal lethal dose and the LD50 of rats. The results showed that the minimal lethal dose ranged between 49.2 and 60.8 g/kg and the LD50 was 75.66 g/kg. |
