穿膜肽在疫苗中应用的研究进展

摘要:
自从发现穿膜肽以来,因其独特的蛋白转导功能,为基因治疗和新型疫苗的开发等方面开辟了新的途径。本文就穿膜肽的种类、结构特点、穿膜机制以及穿膜肽在DNA疫苗和肿瘤疫苗中的应用前景做一综述。

Research Progress of Cell-penetrating Peptides Applied in vaccine

Abstract:
Since its discovery of the function of protein transduction, cell-penetrating peptides (CPP) provides a novel approach for gene therapy and new-type vaccine . The recent studies on its species ,structure ,membrane-penetrating mechanisms and applications were reviewed in this paper and discuss its developments of research and the prospects of application in the DNA vaccine and tumour vaccine.
