框镜鲤维氏气单胞菌CY0806株OMPAⅠ基因的克隆及生物信息学分析

摘要:
为鉴定维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii,AV)吉林分离株合适的诊断或免疫用抗原,本研究依据GenBank维氏气单胞菌外膜蛋白AⅠ基因(OMPAⅠ)设计引物,通过PCR成功扩增出长度为1026bp的基因片段,通过序列分析表明:该基因与维氏气单胞菌AB2902300 OMPAⅠ的同源性为93%,与其他气单胞菌同源性大于80%;同时通过生物信息学软件对其蛋白的分子特征进行了预测,为OMPAⅠ可能做为诊断或免疫用抗原提供了理论依据。

Cloning and bioinformatic analysis of outer membrane protein gene AⅠof Aeromonas veronii CY0806 from Cyprinus carpio

Abstract:
To determine the proper diagnostic or immune antigen of Aeromonas veronii isolated from Jilin, the OMPA ? for 1026 bp was amplified by PCR using a couple of primers designed according to the gene sequence reported by GeneBank. The sequence analysis showed its homology with the OMPA ? of Aeromonas veronii AB2902300 reached 93% and others exceeded 80%. Meanwile, the molecular characteristics of protein was predicted by bioinformatics software and offered the theoretical basis for the OMPA ? as possible diagnostic or immune antigen.
