| 以C18为固定相,0.1％磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至3.5?0.1)—乙睛(70：30)为流动相,229nm为检测波长,采用高效液相色谱法测定了硫酸小檗碱注射液中硫酸小檗碱的含量。盐酸小檗碱线性范围为0.2 μg～2.5 μg,回归方程为A =4161950m 408151,相关系数为0.9999。平均加标回收率为101.8％,RSD为3.2％(n＝5)。 |

| Abstract: |
| A HPLC method has been developed to determine the berberine sulfate injection, using C18 column with a mobile of 0.1 % phosphoric solution (adjusted pH value to 3.5?0.1 with triethylamine)-acetonitrile (70:30) and wavelength of 229 nm. The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.2 μg -2.5 μg. And the regression equation was A =4161950m 408151 with the correlation to be 0.9999.The average recovery was 101.8％ with RSD of 3.2%(n＝5). |
