| 奶牛隐性乳房炎，乳汁外观上无变化，很容易转变为临床型乳房炎，是奶牛最常见的疾病之一，对奶牛业危害极大。多年来，该病的治疗主要是应用抗生素，但由于存在药物残留将逐渐被限用或禁用。本研究的目的是研究一种使用中药内服外敷，配合针灸按摩治疗奶牛隐性乳房炎的方法，以填补治疗该病的不足。近年来，我们采用内服瓜蒌牛蒡汤、外敷金黄如意散配合针灸按摩治疗奶牛隐性乳房炎取得了较好的疗效，结果表明四种治疗方法配合在一起应用，具有较好的协同作用，且有不易产生耐药性、无残留等特点，起到综合治疗的作用，值得临床推广。 |

| There is no change of the milk appearance in recessive mastitis, which is easy to convert to clinical mastitis. It is one of the most common diseases of dairy cows and greatly harmful for them. Over the years, the disease is mainly treated with antibiotics, but because of drug residues, it will gradually be restricted or even forbidden. The purpose of this study is to develop a topical use of Chinese Herbs, together with massage therapy methods mastitis cows to make up the weakness of this treatment. In recent years, we achieve good efficacy, using oral Trichosanthes burdock soup, external golden Ruyi powder with acupuncture and massage. The results show that the application of four kinds of treatment all together produce good synergy, and it is difficult to generate resistance, no residue, etc., It plays a role in comprehensive treatment, which is worthy of promotion. |
