| 为研究中药方剂对鸡感染柔嫩艾美尔球虫的疗效,本试验将80只AA肉鸡随机分为4组,除空白对照外,其余各组每只鸡经口感染混合孢子化球虫卵囊；第3组按5%剂量拌料添加中药,第4组按0.06%的比例拌料添加磺胺氯吡嗪钠。试验中药方剂抗球虫指数为167.4,属中效抗球虫药。结果表明,该中药方剂可以用于鸡球虫病的防治。 |

| Abstract: |
| In order to evaluate the efficacy of anticoccidial chinese medicine powder against E.tenella infection in chickens. Eighty AA broiler chickens were randomly divided into four equal groups.Except the control group, other groups were administrated E.tenella oocysts orally. Chinese medicine were administrated in group3 via feeding at the dosage of 5% concentration.Sulfachloropyridazine pyrazine sodium were administrated in group 4 via feeding at the dosage of 0.06% concentration. The ACI of chinese medicine was 167.4. The anticoccidial chinese medicine powder could be used in the infection of chicken coccidiasis. |
