不同动物源性链球菌的耐药性分析

摘要:
[目的]对不同动物源性链球菌进行耐药性分析。[方法]通过形态观察、革兰氏染色及生化试验分离鉴定动物源性链球菌。采用琼脂二倍稀释法测定7种抗菌药物对不同动物源性链球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]共分离鉴定获得28株链球菌,其中18株猪源链球菌,10株牛源链球菌,28株2种不同动物源性链球菌耐药水平高,其中绝大多数受试菌株呈多重耐药且不同动物源性链球菌对抗菌药物的敏感性不同。[结论]揭示的耐药规律对指导临床用药具有重要意义。

Analysis on Drug Resistance to Streptococcus from Different Animals

Abstract:
Objective Analysis on drug to Streptococcus from different animals. Method Streptococcus swine and cattle strains were isolated and identified with morphology, Gram straining, biochemical test. The minimal inhibitory concentration of 7 antibiotics to Streptococcus swine and cattle was detected by agar double dilution method. Results 18 Streptococcus swine strains and 10 Streptococcus cattle were isolated. Results of drug resistance test with 7 antibiotics showed that level of resistance was high and most strains were multi-drug resistance. Conclusion It is significance to direct clinical treatment.
