| 建立了黄芪多糖注射液中非法添加化学物质的薄层色谱快速检测方法。用该法对25批市售样品进行检测，检出非法添加11批，共6种药物，经确认为非法添加。本方法具有良好的灵敏度和专属性，可对黄芪多糖注射液中非法添加的化学物质进行快速筛选。 |

| A thin layer chromatography(TLC) method was established for rapid screening of illegally chemicals added in Astragalus polysaccharides injection. Twenty-five batches of samples were determined with this method. Eleven batches and six ingredients were detected and confirmed to be illegally added chemicals. This method has good sensitivity and specificity. It can be used to screen added chemicals in Astragalus polysaccharides injection rapidly. |
