鸡毒支原体感染病理模型复制

摘要:
以MG S6标准菌株不同浓度接种16日龄雏鸡进行攻毒,攻毒后用鸡新城疫疫苗(I系)诱导发病,对以鸡新城疫为诱导因子的MG野外环境病理模型复制进行研究。结果表明:MG S6攻毒菌液浓度为109ccu/ml,攻毒后第5天,用鸡新城疫疫苗(I系)喷雾,5头份/只,进行诱发,可成功复制出MG感染病理模型。

Establishment of Pathology Model of Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection

Abstract:
16-day-old chickens were inoculated with MG S6 standard strains of different bacterial concentration, then attacked with Newcastle disease vaccine to induce pathogenesis, made a study of MG establishing pathology model for inducing factor of Newcastle disease in field environment. The results showed that: MG S6 bacterial concentration is 109ccu / ml, fifth days after the attack, spray with Newcastle disease vaccine on chickens, 5 heads/only chicken, successfully copied the MG infection pathological model.
