| 对麻杏石甘制剂的药理作用以及在兽医临床中的应用进行了综述，以期为该组方进一步开发应用提供依据和参考。麻杏石甘制剂是由麻黄、杏仁、石膏、甘草四味药物组成的传统方剂。现代药理学研究表明，麻杏石甘制剂具有解热抗炎、镇咳平喘、抗菌抗病毒、调节免疫作用。兽医临床中麻杏石甘制剂主要有散剂、汤剂、颗粒剂、注射剂等，主要应用于治疗由细菌、病毒、支原体引起的畜禽呼吸道疾病。 |

| Abstract: |
| Maxing Shigan Preparation is one of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, which contains Herba Ephedrae, Gypsum Fibrosum, glycyrrhiza and Amygdaloid. The modern pharmacological studies have demonstrated that it has the properties of antimicrobial and antivirus, relieving cough and asthma,anti-pyretic and anti-inflammatory and immuno-enhancing. Presently, there are four commonly used preparations of power, decoction, granule and injection, which are mainly used to treat respiratory diseases caused by bacteria, viruses and mycoplasmas in veterinary medicine. In order to further effective application of the preparation, the pharmacological effects and clinical application of Maxing Shigan Preparation in veterinary medicine were described in this study. |
