| 观察采用按摩整复、内服跛行散、血针穴位、外敷中药及四种方法的综合运用,治疗马骡球节扭伤的疗效。加以对比,得出较好的治疗方案,以提高马骡球节扭伤的治愈率。自2009年1月至2011年9月,分别在深圳世界之窗、东莞雁田马场和吉林省九台市等地选择球节扭伤的临床治疗马骡65匹。随机分为六组,分别采用按摩整复、内服中药、血针治疗、外敷中药及几种方法的综合治疗,并设空白对照组。治疗10天后观察各组的疗效。结果：按摩整复组的治愈率54.55%、内服中药组50.00%、血针治疗组60.00%、外敷中药组66.67%、综合治疗组91.67%、空白对照组治愈率为0。采用四种方法综合治疗马骡球节扭伤获得良好疗效,为临床治疗该病提供了切实可行的治疗方法。 |

| Exploration and Research on the Treatment Method of Mule Joint Sprain |

| In order to obtain a better treatment method and improve the curative effect of mule joint sprain, the experiment contrasted five different treatment methods. From 2009 January to 2011 September, 65 cases from Shenzhen window of the world, Dongguan Yantian racecourse and Jiutai city were divided into six groups randomly. The experimental groups were treated with massage treatment, oral Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, external application of Chinese medicine and four kinds of comprehensive method respectively and the control group without any treatment.10 days later, the prognosis was observed. The cure rates of the experimental groups were 54.55%, 50.00%, 60.00%, 66.67%, 91.67% accordingly and the control group was 0. The comprehensive treatment method was better than other four methods. The study provided a feasible treatment method for mule joint sprain in clinic. |
