高效液相色谱法测定乳房炎涂膜剂中咖啡酸的含量

摘要:
为了建立乳房炎涂膜剂中咖啡酸的反相高效液相色潽分析方法,试验采用Waters symmetry shieldTM C18 色谱柱(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇 -1 %冰醋酸水溶液(20∶80)等度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL?min-1;检测波长323 nm;柱温为35 ℃。结果表明,咖啡酸在8 - 40 μg?mL-1 范围内线性关系良好(r2 =0.9989)。平均回收率为100.1 %,RSD为0.8 %。该方法简便,准确,可用于测定乳房炎涂膜剂中咖啡酸的含量。

Determination of Caffeic Acid in Mastitis Plastic by HPLC

Abstract:
A method was established for the determination of caffeic acid in mastitis plastic by Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC) . Chromatography was performed on a Waters symmetry shieldTM C18 column(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 μm) at 323 nm and 35℃. The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of methanol-acetic acid (20∶80) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1. The results showed that there were good linear relations between the concentrations and the peak-areas of caffeic acid with the range of 8 - 40μg?mL-1. The standard solution was stable in 16 h(RSD=0.6 %). The average recovery was 100.1 % (RSD=0.8 %). This method is simple, accurate, and can be used for the determination of caffeic acid in mastitis plastic.
