| 概述了泰地罗新的理化性质、作用机理、抗菌活性、药动学、药效学、不良反应及残留，以期为该药在兽医临床的应用提供参考资料。泰地罗新是动物专用的新型大环内酯类抗生素，其吸收快，达峰时间短，生物利用度高，肺组织浓度高，消除半衰期长，药效持久。单次肌注或皮下注射给药，即能提供全程治疗，在兽医临床具有广阔的应用前景。 |

| Progress of the Studies on Tildipirosin |

| Abstract: |
| Physico-chemical properties,action mechanism,antibacterial activity,pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, adverse reactions and residues of tildipirosin were summarized in the paper in order to provide information for reasonable application of tildipirosin in veterinary clinic.Tildipirosin was a novel macrolide antibiotic for animals. The antibiotic had good pharmacokinetic characteristics. It can be quickly absorbed, reached the Cmax and be slowly eliminated. Moreover, it can maintain a high concentration in animals’ lungs and provide a full-course therapy after a single dose (im or sc). Tildipirosin could be extensively used in veterinary clinic. |
