摘要:
综述了昆虫杆状病毒表达系统生产流感疫苗的研究进展,同时分析了昆虫杆状病毒表达系统表达流感病毒样颗粒用于流感疫苗的优势和前景,以期为兽用流感病毒VLPs疫苗研发提供参考。

Abstract:
Influenza virus-like particles (VLPs) based on baculovirus expression vector system (BEVS) was a new platform for influenza vaccines.Its research progress was reviewed so as to provide reference for development of animal influenza VLPs vaccine.Influenza VLPs derived from BEVS may be promising vaccine candidate for influenza.Furthermore, influenza VLPs derived from BEVS may be used as animal vaccines.
