| Abstract: The research of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) vaccine will help to better understand the pathogenesis of MTB which also provide best way to learn the interaction between MTB and the host. In this article we will make a review of the progress of the research on the anti-TB immunological mechanism and the strategies and evaluation criteria in the TB vaccine development, hoping to provide solid theory and data base for tuberculosis vaccine research. |
