| 介绍了目前世界发达国家在畜产品质量安全管理方面的做法，分析了河北省畜产品质量安全管理的现状及存在的问题，并提出加快标准化进程、加强检测体系建设、建立畜产品风险预警机制等提高河北省动物产品质量安全水平的建议，以推动河北省畜产品安全检测的发展，为畜禽产品质量安全提供保障。

| Abstract: |
| The practice of safety management system in developed countries were introduced. The situation and questions of safety management system in Hebei province were analyzed. Based on analysis, we came up with the following proposals to improve the quality and safety of animal products of Hebei province: facilitate the standardization process; enhance the inspection system; establish early warning mechanism. Those suggestions will finally promote the development of the safety inspection of animal product and provide comprehensive support to the quality of animal product. |
