| 根据双抗原夹心ELISA检测方法，结合化学发光检测体系建立了血清中PRRS抗体的化学发光免疫分析方法，并将实验确定了检测体系中所用各组成部分组装为试剂盒,并对试剂盒的灵敏度、特异性、精密度、准确性、稳定性等技术参数进行了研究。用本试剂盒与酶联免疫分析进行了对比，本试剂盒的测值与酶联免疫分析的测值显著相关，相关系数为0.9486。该试剂盒在4-8℃下能保存1年，并且灵敏度高，特异性强、精密度好，同时，操作简便、所用时间短，能都准确检测出血清中抗体的浓度。 |

| According to the double antigen sandwich ELISA detection methods, combined with chemiluminescence detection system established in serum antibody PRRS chemiluminescence immunoassay method, and the experiment to determine the detection system used in each part for assembly kit, and the sensitivity of the kit, specificity, precision, accuracy, stability and other technical parameters were studied. With this kit and enzyme-linked immunoassay were compared, the kit measurements and enzyme-linked immunoassay measurements was significantly associated with correlation coefficient of 0.9486. This kit in 4 to 8 ℃ can save 1 year, and high sensitivity, specificity of strong, precision, and at the same time, the operation is simple, the time is short, can be accurate detection of serum antibody concentration. |
