喹烯酮的食品安全性研究进展

摘要:
喹烯酮是我国自主研发的一类新兽药,临床广泛应用于畜禽及水产养殖,迄今无食品安全性标准。概述了喹烯酮的临床前毒理学研究进展和代谢与残留研究现状,分析了存在的问题,提出了开展深入研究的内容与方法,为进一步完善喹烯酮的食品安全性评价,建立科学的食品安全性标准提供了方向与思路。

Progress on Food Safety evaluation for Quinocetone

Abstract:
Quinocetone, a novel drug developed as an antimicrobial and growth-promoter for food animals in China, has been used extensively in livestock and poultry for several years. However, no food safety standards have been settled up to now. Progress of toxicology, metabolism and resiude depletion of quinocetone in animals are reviewed in this paper, and unsolved issues are proposed followed by suggesting the contents and approaches for further studies, which would improve the establishment of scientific food safety standards for quincetone in animals.
