| 建立高效液相色谱法测定麻保沙星溶液含量的方法。[试验目的需要再通顺。]以23%甲醇溶液溶解并稀释成每1mL中含麻保沙星0.1 mg的溶液作为供试品，用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱，以醋酸铵高氯酸钠溶液-乙腈（85:15,v/v）为流动相，检测波长291 nm，流速1.0 mL/min,柱温40 ℃，进样量10 μL。结果表明，麻保沙星溶液在5～200 μg/mL范围内线性良好，线性方程为Y=4.6?104X 3.64?105，r=0.9998；平均回收率为98.3%～100.3%，批内变异系数为0.4%～1.0%，批间变异系数为0.4%～0.9%。本方法准确、可靠，适用于麻保沙星溶液的含量测定。 |

| Determination of principal component content in marbofloxacin solution by High performance liquid chromatography |

| Abstract: |
| To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of the content of marbofloxacin solution. The sample dissolved with 23% methanol solution and diluted to 0.1 mg /mL, and then assayed by HPLC. The separation used with ODS chromatography column, and ammonium acetate/sodium perchlorate solution and acetonitrile (85:15, v/v) was used as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 291 nm, the flow rate was 1 mL/min, and the column temperature was 40 ℃. The linear equation was Y=4.68?104X 3.64?105, and correlation coefficient was r=0.9998，as marbofloxacin at 5～200 μg/mL.The average recoveries were 98.3%~100.3%, the intra-assay coefficient of variation were 0.4% ~ 1.0%, and the inter-assay coefficients of variation were 0.4% ~ 0.9%.The results show that, this method is accurate, reliable and applicable to the determination of content of marbofloxacin solution. |
