| 亚迪蚕安宁是以喹诺酮类抗菌素为主要成分的蚕用抗菌药物。临床药效试验结果表明,用100 mg/L亚迪蚕安宁药液给感染黑胸败血病菌或卒倒芽孢杆菌的4龄起蚕连续添食3 d(第1天24 h内均添食药叶,第2、3天仅6 h添食药叶),对病害的防治效果与500 mg/L盐酸诺氟沙星药液无明显差异(χ2检验, P＞0.05)；以同样的添食方法用200 mg/L亚迪蚕安宁药液给感染沙雷铁氏菌的4龄起蚕连续添食3 d,对病害的防治效果明显优于500 mg/L盐酸诺氟沙星药液(P＜0.05)。安全性试验结果表明,分别用200、600、1 000 mg/L亚迪蚕安宁药液给4龄、5龄起蚕添食3 d,对家蚕的生长发育、茧质、丝质和卵质均未见明显不良影响(t检验, P＞0.05),且不存在明显的剂量-反应关系。研究结果显示亚迪蚕安宁用于防治家蚕细菌性败血病具有高效、安全的特点。 |

| Clinic Pharmacodynamic and Safety Test of Yadi-Cananning, an Antibacterial Drug for Silkworm Rearing, |

| Yadi-Cananning is an antibacterial agent for silkworm rearing using quinolone antibiotics as main ingredient. Clinic pharmacodynamic experimental results indicated that the control effect on silkworm septicaemias caused by Bacillus sp. (B) or Bacillus thuringiensis Var. sotto Ishiwata (Bt) with continuous administration of 100 mg/L Yadi-Cananning for 3 d (24 h for the 1st day and 6 h for the 2nd to 3rd days) to newly exuviated silkworm larvae of the 4th instar had no significant difference as compared with 500 mg/L Sarafloxacin hydrochloride capsules (χ2 test, P > 0.05). The control effect on silkworm septicaemias caused by Serratia marcescens Bizio (Sm) with 200 mg/L Yadi-Cananning for 3 d was obviously better than that with 500 mg/L Sarafloxacin hydrochloride (P﹤0.05) using the same administration method. Safety test results indicated that administration of 200, 600, and1 000 mg/L Yadi-Cananning respectively to the newly exuviated larvae of the 4th and 5th instars for 3 d had no significant effect on silkworm growth and development, and cocoon, silk and egg quality (t-test, P > 0.05), and no significant dose-response relationship was observed. These results show that Yadi-Cananning is safe and effective as an antibacterial drug for controlling silkworm septicaemias. |
