| 为了解不同厂家生产的牛型提纯结核菌素（PPD）对奶牛结核病检疫皮内变态反应试验结果的影响，随机选取二个不同规模奶牛场的100头青年母牛，分别采用国产和荷兰产PPD诊断液 2000 IU和3000 IU的剂量，在每头参试牛的左右侧颈部同时进行皮内变态反应试验，并对判定结果进行比较；同时对所有阳性牛肺门淋巴结样品应用细菌培养的方法进行复核。结果显示：二种PPD诊断液均存在非特异性反应，但国产PPD的非特异性反应显著大于荷兰产PPD（P<0.01）。 |

| Comparison of the Two Kinds Purified Protein Derivatives Tuberculin Allergy Detection Results |

| The aim of this study was to compare the intradermal allergy result of two kind bovine tuberculin purified protein derivatives tuberculin (PPD) from different manufacturers to carry out cow tuberculosis quarantine.100 young cows were selected from two different Large-scale dairy farm by random,used Chinese and Dutch PPD at a dose of 2000 IU and 3000 IU respectively to perform neck intradermal test. The intradermic allergy experiment was carried out on each tested cow left and right side of the neck simultaneously; the difference between two kind PPD diagnosis results was compared. The hilar lymph nodes of positive reaction cows were collected for bacterial culture to recheck. The result of this study indicated that two kinds PPD diagnostic preparation were found to have non-specific reaction, but the Chinese PPD diagnostic preparation was significantly higher than Dutch（P<0.01）. |
