为改进甲磺酸培氟沙星的合成工艺,试验采用多聚甲醛替代甲醛合成甲磺酸培氟沙星,目标产物结构经HPLC、IR确证,质量符合中华人民共和国药典规定。改进后的工艺总收率由86%提高到91%,合成步骤减少,产生的废水量减少,适合工业化生产。 |

Abstract: |
The improved process for synthesis of pefloxacin mesylate, increase the yield, simplify operation, reduce cost. Using polyoxymethylene instead of formaldehyde, synthesis of pefloxacin mesylate, the structure of the target products was comfirmed by HPLC, IR spectra and quality measure up with CP 2010. Total yield improved from 86% to 91%, synthetic steps and wastewater reduced, suitable for industrial production. |
