| 为评价不同检测方法检测的口蹄疫疫苗抗体效价与免疫保护率的相关性，使用O型液相阻断ELISA、正向间接血凝试验、VP1结构蛋白抗体ELISA三种检测方法对免疫不同类型O型口蹄疫疫苗的60头猪进行血清抗体跟踪测定，免疫21天后，分别用OZK/93和O/(XJ/10-11/MYA/98)毒株进行攻毒保护实验。数据统计和分析结果表明，O型液相阻断ELISA试验测定的抗体效价与攻毒保护率存在着极显著的正相关性(P＜0.01)，相关系数为0.75；正向间接血凝试验测定的抗体效价以及VP1结构蛋白抗体ELISA法测定的 S/P值与攻毒保护率之间均不存在线性相关关系(P＞0.05)，因此建议将O型液相阻断ELISA抗体检测方法作为田间猪O型口蹄疫疫苗免疫效果的评价方法。 |

| Study on relationship between virus protection and the tapping of different methods for detection of porcine type O foot and mouth disease vaccine antibody titer |

| To detect different detection method in the evaluation of the foot and mouth disease vaccine and antibody titers of immune protection rate，in this study, three kinds of methods including O type liquid phase blocking ELISA, indirect hemagglutination assay, ELISA testing antibody of VP1 protein were used to test antibody titer in 60 pigs vaccinated by three different kinds of vaccines, 21 days after vaccination, the 60 pigs (divided into 2 groups,30 pigs per group) were challenged by OZK/93 and O/(XJ/10-11/MYA/98), respectively. The results shown that antibody values obtained by O type Liquid phase blocking ELISA, test have a good correlation with the protection (P＜0.01), and the parameter of correlation is 0.75. However, the antibody values obtained by indirect hemagglutination assay and ELISA testing antibody of VP1 protein S/P have not a linear relationship between the protection potency (P> 0.05).so the O type Liquid phase blocking ELISA was recommended to test antibody titers and evaluate the effect of vaccination. |
