| 为了研究芩黄口服液在止咳平喘方面的疗效,选用组胺喷雾法、氨水引咳法,观察对豚鼠引喘潜伏期、小鼠咳嗽次数的影响。结果显示芩黄口服液能明显延长组胺诱发豚鼠出现哮喘反应的潜伏期；能明显的抑制氨水引起的小鼠咳嗽。芩黄口服液具有平喘、止咳作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| To investigate the effects of Qinhuang oral liquid on relieving cough and asthma, histamine spray test was performed to observe asthma incubation in guinea pigs, and ammonia water caused cough test was performed to observe cough frequency in mice. The results showed Qinhuang oral liquid could prolong asthma incubation caused by histamine and reduce cough frequency caused by ammonia water. Qinhuang oral liquid could relieve cough and asthma. |
