| [中文] 本文对2003年版《兽药质量标准》中收载的海南霉素钠质量标准部分检测项目进行修订，用飞行时间质谱仪确证了海南霉素钠的分子式为C47H79O15Na。建立了海南霉素钠的高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测方法，其线性范围为0.5～2mg/ml，相关系数r为0.9972，检测限为0.025mg/ml，定量限为0.05mg/ml。本文为修订海南霉素钠质量标准提供参考。 |

| The quality standard of hainanmycin sodium (2003 edition) was revised,and the molecular formula of hainanmycin sodium is C47H79O15Na,which was determined by high resolution mass spectrum.A method for determination of Hainanmycin was developed by HPLC-ELSD,and the calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.5～2 mg/mL ( r = 0. 9976). Limit of detect and limit of quantification was 0.025mg/mLand0.05 mg/mL respectively.That would?be?conducive?to revising of quality standard of hainanmycin sodium. |
