支原体PCR检测方法的建立及初步应用

摘要:
经过对Genebank鸡滑液支原体、猪肺炎支原体、口腔支原体和猪鼻支原体16S rRNA序列比对,设计了一条通用引物,建立支原体PCR检测方法。该方法敏感、特异、经济、快速,在动物疫苗生产中检测细胞、半成品及成品支原体污染具有较大的应用价值。

Abstract:
A PCR method was established to detect the Mycoplasma contamination in cells and veterinary vaccines. According to the 16S rRNA sequences published in GENBANK, including M. hyorhinitis, M.hyopneumoniea, M.orale and M.synoviae, a pair of consensus primers were designed. The PCR assay was specific, sensitive, speed and economical. The PCR assay was one of the alternative methods to detect the Mycoplasma contamination in cells and veterinary vaccines.
