鸡传染性法氏囊病活疫苗(B87株)病毒含量细胞间接免疫荧光方法的建立

摘要:
采用Vero细胞建立鸡传染性法氏囊病中等毒力活疫苗(B87株)病毒含量细胞间接免疫荧光方法,测定细胞半数感染量(TCID50),并与传统鸡胚半数致死量(ELD50)进行相关性分析,相关系数r=0.823。为今后该疫苗样品的病毒含量测定提供了一个新途径,以降低检验成本、缩短检验周期,并提高检验的灵敏度。

Abstract:
The Vero cell was used to establish a cellular immunofluorescence method for evaluation of living infectious bursal disease vaccine (B87 strain). Use the method to determine the amount of virus of the vaccine (TCID50), compared with traditional method (ELD50), and the correlation coefficient r =0.823. If the method is used to evaluate the vaccine, it will reduce inspection costs, shorten the inspection cycle, and improve test sensitivity.
