| 环二鸟苷酸 (cyclic diguanylate, c-di-GMP) 是在细菌中普遍存在的第二信使分子, 参与调节多种生理功能, 近年来研究发现环二鸟苷酸作为免疫调节剂作用于真核细胞可产生良好的免疫调节作用，实验研究表明其有可能成为具有潜力的疫苗佐剂。本文综述了c-di-GMP的结构，生物学功能、免疫特性和作为疫苗佐剂研究等方面的最新研究进展。 |

| Abstract: |
| Cyclic diguanylate (c-di-GMP) is a ubiquitous second messenger present in a wide variety of bacteria.The recent finding that c-di-GMP can act as a danger signal on eukaryotic cells has prompted the study of the immunomodulator and adjuvant.Numerous reports have suggested that c-di-GMP may be useful as a potential vaccine adjuvant.This article gives an overview of c-di-GMP,focusing on its chemical structures,biological function of c-di-GMP，immunostimulatory properties of c-di-GMP and the promise of c-di-GMP as a vaccine adjuvant. |
