赤芍、白芍煎剂对金黄色葡萄球菌诱导肺炎小鼠血清HMGB1水平影响的比较

摘要:
通过ELISA法和病理组织学观察,比较赤芍与白芍煎剂对金黄色葡萄球菌吸入性肺炎小鼠的血清高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)水平的影响及肺的病理组织学变化。结果表明,金黄色葡萄球菌感染的肺炎小鼠的血清HMGB1水平显著升高(P<0.01),但经赤芍、白芍处理的小鼠HMGB1水平极显著低于肺炎小鼠(P<0.01);白芍处理肺炎小鼠的HMGB1水平显著或极显著低于赤芍处理组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。金黄色葡萄球菌感染的肺炎小鼠肺泡壁显著增厚,肺支气管周围炎性细胞浸润;赤芍、白芍处理组小鼠肺组织中,只有少许肺泡壁增厚,肺泡腔内未见异物。赤芍、白芍均能减轻肺炎所致的肺组织结构变化和明显地降低血清炎症介质HMGB1水平,白芍的效果更为显著。

Comparation of the Effects of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba on HMGB1 Levels in Pneumonia Mice Induced by Staphylococcus aureus

Abstract:
The effects of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba on high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) level and the lungs’ tissue pathological changes in mice infected by Staphylococcus aureus was compared. The results showed that the HMGB1 level in the mice infected by S.aureus was higher than that in control group(P<0.01), and the HMGB1 levels in the pneumonia mice given with Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba were significantly lower than that in pneumonia mice(P<0.01). But the HMGB1 level of pneumonia mice given with Radix Paeoniae Alba was significantly or much significantly lower than that given with Radix Paeoniae Rubra(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The thickened alveolar walls, the infiltrating inflammatory cells around bronchopulmonary and the congested lumen in the pneumonia mice infected by S.aureus were observed in histopathological selection, but only part of the alveolar walls thickened and no foreign matter in the alveolar spaces in the pneumonia mice given with Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Paeoniae Rubra were found. These results indicate that both Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba can reduce lung lesions and the level of HMGB1 in mice pneumonia induced by S.aureus significantly, but Radix Paeoniae Alba has a more effect than Radix Paeoniae Rubra.
