β-胡萝卜素对免疫抑制小鼠免疫指标的影响

摘要:
为研究β-胡萝卜素对小鼠免疫功能的影响,在基础日粮中添50mg/kg的β-胡萝卜素,使用环磷酰胺建立免疫抑制模型。最后观察免疫器官组织形态学变化,测定免疫器官指数,血清中细胞因子以及免疫球蛋白含量等指标。结果表明β-胡萝卜素能改善由环磷酰胺引起免疫器官的损伤,通过提高免疫抑制小鼠血清中的细胞因子和免疫球蛋白含量,增强机体免疫力。

Effect of β-carotene on immune index of the immunosuppression mice

Abstract:
Mice were supplemented with 50mg/kg β-carotene and established an immunosuppression model by cyclophosphamide to study the effects of β-carotene on immune function in mice. The immune organs index,histomorphology of immune organs, cytokines and immunoglobulin in serum were detected to evaluate the role of β-carotene.The results showed that β-carotene can improve the immune organ damage caused by cyclophosphamide and the cytokine and immunoglobulin levels in serum of immunosuppression mice, also can improve the immune function.
