番石榴提取液对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要:
为了更好的了解番石榴的药用价值,本实验对番石榴采用水提取法进行提取,并将提取液作用于健康小鼠。通过检测小鼠胸腺重量、脾脏重量、胸腔吞噬细胞吞噬功能、T淋巴细胞转化率和血清血溶素含量,得到胸腺、脾脏指数,吞噬指数,吞噬率分别是5.934,7.692,20.419,29.194,与对照组做比较差异极显著(p1≤0.01,p2≤0.01,p3≤0.01,p4≤0.01);T淋巴细胞转化率,血清溶血素抗体积数分别是60.37,108.37,与对照组做比较差异显著(0.01≤p5≤0.05,0.01≤p6≤0.05),表明番石榴提取液具有提高小鼠免疫能力的作用。

Abstract:
Abstract:In order to better understand the medicinal value of guava, The experiment of guava using water extraction method,And used in healthy mice.By detecting the thymus weight, spleen weight, chest phagocyte function, T lymphocyte transformation rate and blood serum levels lysin get thymus and spleen index, phagocytic rate was 5.934,7.692,20.419,29.194, and in the control group to compare the difference was significant (p1 ≤ 0.01, p2 ≤ 0.01, p3 ≤ 0.01, p4 ≤ 0.01); T lymphocyte transformation rate, anti-hemolysin were 60.37,108.37 volume number, compared with the control group, the difference was significant (0.01 ≤ p5 ≤ 0.05,0.01 ≤ p6 ≤ 0.05), indicates that guava extract has the ability to enhance the immune mice.
