寄生虫半胱氨酸蛋白酶核酸疫苗的研究进展与应用前景

摘要:
寄生虫具有特殊的理化性质与复杂的生活史,因此采用常规防治手段收效甚微。寄生虫半胱氨酸蛋白酶对宿主而言具有很强的免疫原性,生化性质也相对稳定,因此可作为有效的抗原来研制高特异性的核酸疫苗。就寄生虫半胱氨酸蛋白酶的一些生理生化与免疫学性质进行了概括,阐述了该酶与宿主免疫应答之间的作用关系,证明了该酶具有作为研制高效核酸疫苗的条件,同时综述了寄生虫半胱氨酸蛋白酶核酸疫苗的发展以及应用前景。

Abstract:
The parasite has a complex life history and the special physical and chemical properties, the conventional control effect is Inefficient. In terms of the host parasite, cysteine proteases are highly immunogenic and have a Stable physical and chemical properties so it can use as a effective antigen to develop highly specific nucleic acid vaccine. Some of the physiological and biochemical and immunological properties of the parasite cysteine proteases has been generalization, Describes the role of the relationship between the enzyme and the host immune response, and the cysteine proteases has proven to be as a condition to develop DNA vaccine, meanwhile reviewed parasite cysteine proteases development and application prospects of DNA vaccine.
