| Abstract: |
| Alphaviruses belong to the family of Togaviridae, they are encapsulated by a capsid protein and possess single strand plus RNA. In recent years, the domestic and foreign research on alphavirus-based vectors is active and the alphavirus-based vectors have been used for vaccine research, gene therapy and molecular biology research. In this review, the basic principle and characteristics of three different alphavirus-based vectors and their application are discussed. |
