| 为了建立猪传染性胃肠炎病毒（Porcine transmissible gastroenteritis of swine virus，TGEV）血清学检测方法，将猪传染性胃肠炎病毒S基因A、D抗原位点经PCR扩增并克隆入pFastBacHBM-TOPO载体，经转座、转染后获得重组杆状病毒，并对重组杆状病毒进行间接免疫荧光（IFA）及Western blot分析，结果表明：TGEV S基因A、D抗原位点在杆状病毒中成功表达。 |

| In order to establish serological diagnostic methods of transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV ),A and D antigenic sites of TGEV Spike gene fragment was amplified by PCR and cloned into pFastBacHBM-TOPO vector, after transposition and transfection ,the recombinant baculoviruse was obtained. Then the recombinant baculoviruse was identified by indirect immunofluorescence (IFA) and western blot, the results showed that TGEV S gene was successfully expressed in baculovirus expression system. |
