| 为了解长期使用夏枯草注射液对机体的毒性反应,以便指导临床长期用药的安全性。给大鼠肌肉注射夏枯草注射液,在给药4周和停药2周内,观察大鼠一般行为活动等情况,进行血液学、血液生化学和主要脏器病理学检查,考察夏枯草注射液给药的长期毒性。结果显示,各组大鼠在给药期间和恢复期内, 大鼠一般情况和行为活动、粪便等均无异常变化,血液学、血液生化学和主要脏器病理学检查,均无明显变化。因此,连续大鼠肌肉注射夏枯草注射液未见明显毒性反应,说明夏枯草注射液的安全性大。 |
