| 为研究自制盐酸多西环素注射液在猪体内的残留消除规律,以10mg/kg剂量给健康猪肌内注射盐酸多西环素注射液,每日1次给药,连续三次。在最后一次给药后7、14、21、28和35天时间点采集肌肉、肝脏、肾脏、脂肪和注射部位肌肉,用UPLC-MS/MS法测定组织中多西环素残留量。结果表明,给药35天后,肌肉、肝脏、肾脏、脂肪和注射部位肌肉中的多西环素残留量分别为：18 μg/kg、24 μg/kg、69 μg/kg、10 μg/kg、59 μg/kg,均低于最高残留限量。用WT1.4软件计算休药期,盐酸多西环素注射液在猪肌肉、肝脏、肾脏、脂肪和注射部位肌肉中的休药期分别为33.9、23.8、24.8、0和36.9天,为保证兽药安全使用、消费者安全和食品安全,建议盐酸多西环素注射液在猪的休药期为42天。 |

| Residue Depletion Study of Doxycycline Hydrochloride Injection in Swine |

| The residue depletion of self-made doxycycline hydrochloride injection in the swine tissues was studied. The preparation was administered intramuscularly at a dose of 10 mg/kg for 3 times, once daily, and pigs were slaughtered for collecting tissue samples at 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 day after the last administration. The result showed that the doxycycline concentrations in muscle, liver, kidney, fat and muscle of inject site at 35 day were 18 μg/kg, 24 μg/kg, 69 μg/kg, 10 μg/kg and 59 μg /kg, respectively. Then the concentration time data of doxycycline were analyzed by WT1.4 software. It suggested that the withdrawal time of doxycycline hydrochloride injection in swine be 42 day. |
