耐受自身代谢产物及耐二甲基亚砜红霉素高产菌株的选育

【】为了提高红霉素发酵单位,采用了筛选自身代谢产物突变株的方法,将耐受突变株进行ARTP诱变和耐受高浓度二甲基亚砜(DMSO)处理。结果显示,通过在36h向红色糖多孢菌发酵瓶中添加30,000ug/mL红霉素,筛得化学效价比对照提高22.4%的菌株。最适的DMSO添加时间及剂量为发酵48h时添加0.2%。DMSO可提高发酵单位10.1%。

Abstract:
To improve the production of Erythromycin,the mutated strains were seleeted by use of self--secondary metabolites.The mutant resistanting 30,000ug/ml of erythromyein was further treated by ARTP and DMSO.The result showed that,the chemical titre of erythromycin was increased by 22.4%of the control when 30,000ug/mL erythromycin was added into the medium at 36h of fermentation of Saccharopolyspora erythraea.The suitable volume fraction and adding time of DMSO were 0.2% at 48h of fermentation.Adding DMSO could increase the yield of erythromycin by 10.1%.
