益生菌对肠黏膜屏障的保护及作用机制研究进展

摘要:
肠黏膜损伤是加重病原菌感染、破坏机体内环境稳态的重要原因,如何保护及修复受损肠黏膜逐渐引起人们的关注。随着研究的不断深入,发现益生菌可以通过调节肠上皮细胞间紧密连接蛋白的表达,增加黏液分泌,抑制肠上皮细胞异常凋亡,激发肠黏膜免疫应答,从而保护肠黏膜屏障。本文对肠黏膜屏障的结构、病原菌对肠黏膜的损伤以及益生菌在受损肠黏膜保护及修复中的作用机制进行了综述,旨在阐明益生菌对维护机体健康的重要意义。

Progress in protective effects of probiotics on intestinal mucosal barrierand mechanism

Abstract:
Intestinal mucosal damage, an important reason for aggravating infection of pathogenic bacteria and destroying homeostasis. How to protect and repair damaged intestinal mucosa has gradually attracted people's attention. As the research continues, it was found that probiotics can protect the intestinal mucosa barrier through promoting the expression of tight junction proteins, increasing the secretion of mucos, inhibiting the abnormal apoptosis of intestinal epithelial cells, stimulating intestinal mucosal immune responses. In this paper, the significance of probiotics to maintain the health would be provided by expounding the structure of intestinal mucosal barrier, the damage of pathogenic bacteria to intestinal mucosa, the mechanism in the protection and repair of damaged intestinal mucosa.
