| 为提高和完善催情散的质量标准，增加了方中君药淫羊藿的薄层鉴别方法，并采用HPLC法测定淫羊藿苷含量。薄层色谱斑点清晰，阴性无干扰。淫羊藿苷对照品浓度在0.0510～0.2550 mg/mL (r=0.9992，n=5)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系；平均加样回收率为99.24%，RSD为0.29%。该方法简便、准确、重现性好、精密度高，可作为催情散的质量控制方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| To improve quality standard for Cuiqing San，Herba Epimedii was identified by TLC, which is the Monarch Drug of Cuiqing San, and icariin was determined by HPLC. The TLC spots of these traditional Chinese medicinal materials were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference. The linear ranges were 0.0510～0.2250 mg/mL for icariin (r=0.9992, n=5). The average recoveries rates were 99.24% with RSD 0.29%. The methods are available with a good reproducibility and can control the quality of Cuiqing San effectively. |
