| This article elaborated on the multiplication rule of classical swine fever virus（CSFV）from two aspects including the multiplication characteristics of CSFV in vitro and in vivo, and the virus proteins’ impacts on RNA replication in order to provide reference for the patheogenesis research of CSFV. |
