| 摘要: |
| 为了鉴定ST细胞系的种属和纯净性，本文选用乳酸脱氢酶（LD）、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶（G6PD）和核苷酸磷酸脱氢酶（NP）三种同工酶对ST细胞系进行同工酶鉴定分析。结果表明：ST细胞系与猪睾丸原代细胞的三种同工酶谱带一致，且不存在其它细胞的交叉污染。本研究为其他动物源细胞的种属鉴定和交叉污染检测提供了借鉴。 |

| Abstract: |
| In order to identify the species and purity of ST cell line，three isoenzymes of lactic dehydrogenase(LD),glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD) and nucleotide phosphate dehydrogenase(NP) were analysed in this paper. The results showed that The three isoenzymes bands of ST cell line and the swine testicle primary cell culture were consistent, and there is no cross contamination from other species cell. This research provides the reference to other animal origin cells on species identification or cross contamination detection. |
