| 五氯柳胺是水杨酰苯胺类抗寄生虫类化学药物，主要用于治疗牛、羊的肝片吸虫感染引起的疾病，对绦虫和线虫也有良好的治疗效果。本文主要对五氯柳胺的理化性质、作用机制、临床药效、毒理及残留等方面的研究进展与展望进行了综述，以期对五氯柳胺上市制剂的研究和开发提供参考。 |

| Oxyclozanide is a chemical anti-parasite drug of Salicylanilide,it can treat the disease of cattles and sheep infected with fasciola,and has a good treatment to against tapeworms and nematodes.The physical and chemical properties, mechanism of action, clinical application, toxicology and residue of oxyclozanide were reviewed in this paper to provide a reference listed onoxyclozanide formulations research and development. |
