| 目的 研究清温消热饮的抗炎、镇痛作用，对其进行药效学综合分析，为该中药方的临床应用及进一步的研发工作提供实验基础。方法 选择清洁级昆明系小鼠144只作为试验对象，通过小鼠炎性肿胀、疼痛反应等试验模型对其进行抗炎、镇痛作用研究。抗炎结果显示：中药组对小鼠的耳廓肿胀和足趾肿胀的4h抑制率分别为23%和59.34%，与西药对照组地塞米松治疗效果无差异性（p>0.05)），与空白对照组比较差异极显著（p<0.01）。镇痛试验表明：清温消热饮组能延长小鼠疼痛反应时间和有效减少小鼠扭体反应次数，表现出与空白对照组显著差异（p<0.01）。结果 中药方清温消热饮抗炎效果显著，并具有良好的镇痛作用。 |

| objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of qing wen xiao re yin to provide a comprehensive pharmacodynamic analysis, to provide experimental basis for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine and its further research and development work. Methods choose 144 clean mice of Kunming in the experiments, through the experimental models of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects to study anti-inflammatory and inflammatory edema in mice. The anti-inflammatory results show that Chinese Medicines for ear swelling and swelling toe Mice 4h inhibition rates were 23% and 59.34%, and compared with Western Medicine group hexadecadrol treatment, effect was no difference (p> 0.05)), and compared with blank control group, the difference was significant (p <0.01). Analgesic tests show: “relieve warmness and eliminate hotness drink” group can prolong reaction time and reduce pain writhing reaction times, and the control group showed a significant difference (p <0.01). Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine “qing wen xiao re yin” has significant anti-inflammatory effect , and has a good analgesic effect. |
