| 对伊维菌素原粉急性吸入毒性进行研究，为安全使用提供依据。采用限量试验，设2000 mg/m3一个剂量组，动式口鼻式染毒，有效染毒时间2h。结果显示，伊维菌素原粉对雌雄大鼠的急性吸入半数致死浓度（LC50）均大于2089mg/m3。伊维菌素原粉急性吸入毒性属低毒。 |

| Abstract: |
| To study the acute inhalation toxicity of Ivermectin raw powder, provide the basis for safe use. Limit test, the dose group was 2000 mg/m3, dynamic nose-only exposure, effective exposure time for 2 h. The results showed that Ivermectin raw powder in male and female rats acute inhalation median lethal concentration (LC50) were more than 2089 mg/m3. The acute inhalation toxicity was low toxicity. |
